The ORS Workplace Rehabilitation division is expanding in Victoria, and we are seeking Rehabilitation Consultants to manage both our Same Employer & New Employer clients. ORS currently has 60 Allied Health practitioners in Melbourne (within NDIS) with offices located in Coburg, Mount Waverley & Pakenham. There is the flexibility to work from these offices or from home. We are seeking expressions of interest from Senior Rehabilitation Consultants to join the team with future management opportunities on the horizon as the team grows. You will join a national Workplace Rehabilitation team of 50+ consultants in NSW, ACT & WA providing clinical services & evidence-based case management for injured workers so they can get back to living their best lives. You will work across national and state-based customers. You will perform an array of assessments and interventions across various environments, including family homes, workplaces, medical centres and clinics, and/or ORS offices. You will help to bring best practice health engagements into all facets of our clients' rehabilitation journeys. We also provide the flexibility & training for you to diversify your caseload conducting therapy for NDIS participants.
