Senior Reporting Analyst - Business Intelligence

We are currently working with a prominent client needing a skilled Senior Reporting Analyst to join their Business Intelligence (BI) team for an exciting new BI project.
Position Overview: We seek a talented Senior Reporting Analyst with a robust data analytics and reporting background to contribute to our client's BI initiatives.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for transforming data into actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities: Develop, maintain, and optimize reports and dashboards using Power BI/Fabric or equivalent tools.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
Utilize Microsoft SQL Server (T-SQL) to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from various sources.
Conduct thorough data analysis and interpretation to support strategic decision-making.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reporting and analytics processes.
Provide expert guidance on data access and management best practices.
Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in a data analytics and reporting role, preferably in a Business Intelligence context.
Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Microsoft SQL Server, specifically T-SQL.
Extensive experience in data access, extraction, management, analysis, interpretation, and reporting from diverse sources.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
