Are you a seasoned Reservoir Engineer with a passion for excellence and mentoring? Join our team and make a significant impact on our projects and team development! Main Functions: Guide the Reservoir Leadership Team to achieve performance objectives and maintain high technical standards.
Develop and implement plans/programs for the Reservoir Management team.
Support reservoir engineers in establishing and implementing plans to meet reservoir engineering requirements.
Perform and guide detailed reservoir simulation studies, including all related evaluations (PVT, inflow/outflow, relative permeability, SCAL).
Lead depletion plan assessments to support asset acquisition evaluations.
Participate in Peer Reviews to ensure high technical standards and provide input to drilling, facilities, and other groups.
Tasks and Responsibilities: Develop strategies with the Project Team to address risks and challenges.
Support risk assessments and studies as defined in the Project Risk Management Plan.
Conduct uncertainty analysis studies and value of information assessments for data acquisition plans.
Share safety-related Lessons Learned across projects and within the company.
Facilitate Reservoir Team meetings and provide regulatory compliance support.
Mentor less experienced reservoir engineers and deliver technical presentations.
Maintain high ethical conduct and work effectively under pressure with changing priorities.
Skills and Qualifications: Extensive work experience in Reservoir Engineering within the Oil & Gas Industry.
Expertise in reservoir simulation studies and dynamic model evaluations.
Strong problem-solving capabilities and ability to conduct independent reservoir evaluations.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
