The Senior Sales and Retention Manager is responsible for all the sales and retention outcomes and businesses for the Practice Line of Business.
You will be accountable for connecting with the Practice Strategy and setting the sales, customer expansion and the retention strategy and plans across the Practice Business to maximise EBIT DA and SME referral retention and growth.
As a leader of leaders, you will be required to coach, grow and develop your leaders and their teams, and work with customers to achieve the agreed financial outcomes as well as employee engagement and customer satisfaction.
Define and implement the KPI's upon which the sales and retention teams' success will be measured.
Key Responsibilities: Inspire the Sales and Success teams to help businesses start, survive and succeed by winning new customers and managing and growing relationships with existing customers and partners.
Be a change agent and drive the change required to continually evolve the function to meet the requirements of the business and the market.
Define and deliver the strategy for the retention of practice customers.
Responsible for budgeting and achieving agreed targets to provide revenue and EBITDA growth for customers.
Drive the adoption and execution of consistent sales processes to meet our customer needs – including sales planning, activity, opportunity & pipeline management, forecasting and sales reporting.
What you will bring: Established senior business leader with extensive sales experience with a proven track record of leading teams to exceed sales quotas as well as developing strategies to retain key customers.
Highly developed sales and sales management skills including building teams, implementing and adhering to strong disciplines, territory and incentive management across both direct and indirect teams.
Experience in managing, measuring and improving work experience by coaching teams through long sales cycles dealing with multiple stakeholders with a value-based sales methodology.
Able to drive and motivate a high-performance pro-active culture.
Experience in selling complex and/or technology solutions is essential in both a B2 B and B2 C solution.
