Senior Sales Executive – Property Development A prestigious developer seeking an experienced project salesperson to join their team.
Working from the display suite in Flemington.
MARS Recruitment is partnering with a prestigious property development firm who are looking for a Senior Sales Executive to join their team.
Responsibilities: Providing an exceptional sales service to all incoming buyer enquiries on the projects allocated to them.
Working, updating and maintaining the Salesforce Database of current and potential buyers to ensure we develop buyer personas and nurture leads.
Overseeing and using our communications platform Pardot to nurture the Salesforce Database.
Providing feedback and possible solutions regarding challenges to the sales and marketing team.
Taking responsibility, following through and communicating to all parties impacted when involved in issues.
Ensure the sales display suite is clean and the immediate environment tidy, ensuring an appropriate ambience is provided (i.e., temperature, music, watering plants, providing feedback to head office sales and marketing team if anything needs attending to).
Reviewing and optimising online listings to ensure availability, information and pricing is accurate.
Ability to curate tailored listing copy for your project and monitor and benchmark our competition in surrounding suburbs.
Attending training and sales meetings within the business as required.
Ensure that your conduct is compliant with client information confidentiality.
Attending and being involved in launches.
Assume responsibility for valuation inspections including meeting with valuers on site if required for our projects.
Criteria: Industry experience in either property development or residential real estate.
Proven experience in a sales-led environment.
Off the plan selling experience advantageous.
Note: Mon & Tues days off.
Wed - Sun workdays (Flemington based - display suites).
