Job Description We are looking for someone with Pacific Public Sector/Services industry experience. Working closely with sales, solution consulting, and designated products groups within Infor, the Solution Architect plays a dual role: Identify, prioritize and drive execution of opportunities for growth within the Pacific Services industry – new markets, new segments, new product opportunities, packaging of solutions, partners, etc.; and evangelize Infor's solutions and offerings within the Pacific Services Industry. For assigned implementation projects, lead the overall process and functional design to align the end-to-end solution implementation according to Infor's leading practice aligned with customer requirements. Collaborate with sales and delivery teams from initial sales discovery through design and implementation of the Services ERP solutions. Excellent technical understanding of cloud services, software platforms, and technical architecture. Able to translate business and technical requirements into a project and architectural blueprint that achieves the desired business outcomes, including identifying solutions. Assist in the creation of the delivery roadmap, estimates, and project timelines. Able to define scope of the project via a broader solution and visioning conversations. Lead projects in a highly collaborative model with Infor consultants and clients. Inspire and mentor our consultants, with a focus on building expertise our clients value, external brand eminence, and accelerating career advancement of strong performers. Use consulting skills, business knowledge, and package solution expertise to effectively implement package technology in a client business environment in order to achieve client expected business results. Lead working sessions to understand client business requirements. Work closely with client stakeholders to define and document client-specific business needs and requirements. Develop and deliver project deliverables such as roadmap, process diagrams, use cases, gap analysis, and functional design documents. Provide subject matter expertise regarding key business decisions related to industry and/or functional area. Become a trusted advisor to our clients for the Infor ERP (i.e., Financials, Billing, CDR, and Assets) suite of products. Overall understanding of solution agreed in project SOW, and resource to both Infor and customer teams on that solution. Analyse the customer's business requirements and design and support the implement of Infor based solutions to fit those needs as needed throughout the project. Be a resource for the other business consultants on the project to help them understand how their area of focus supports the macro solution. Problem solving / issues resolution in support of assigned business consultants. Create/change and implement Industry Process Catalogues (IPCs). Synchronize content across multiple accelerators for predefined content for the Pacific Services industry. Work with broader consulting team on Industry knowledge transfer. Qualifications 8+ years of relevant experience. Water Industry experience is preferred. BA/MBA, "Big 4" Consulting or equivalent experience. Information Technology.
