Senior Strategy Analyst

They serve Agricultural and farming clients at all levels from institutional players to family-owned and run businesses.
The Senior Strategy Analyst forms part of a small team of ex-top tier and Big 4 management consultants and serves the executive by building a customer insight-based organizational strategy and supporting the delivery of the strategy.
The role will focus on key organizational problems including a major digital transformation agenda and will challenge and inform the executive on the development and delivery of strategy, communications, strategic reviews, and commercial due diligence.

As the ideal candidate, you have a strong strategy tool kit developed from a quality management consulting company or an in-house strategy team.
You will possess between 2 and 4 years of experience post-grad in consulting.
In addition, you ideally have a passion for and some experience in the Agri sector at some level.
