About the role We're seeking a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our team and contribute to the success of the Transurban Group.
In this role, you will provide strategic support and advice on all matters related to Talent Acquisition, with a strong focus on customer service, delivery, and efficiency.
You will manage the full end-to-end recruitment process, emphasising strategic sourcing and partnering with senior leaders.

As our Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor, you'll contribute to lasting and positive changes that shape the future of our cities and communities.

You'll join our team on a fixed term basis for 12 months.
Day-to-day, you will: You'll play a crucial role in hiring for our Corporate teams, including Finance, People and Culture, Marketing/Communications, managing diverse roles throughout the Talent Acquisition lifecycle.
This includes driving candidate engagement, sourcing activities from brief to offer, communicating our employee value proposition to prospective candidates, and building strong relationships with hiring managers Utilise your expertise in various recruitment search tools to proactively engage with top talent, ensuring we attract the best candidates Present balanced and diverse shortlists to hiring managers, encouraging them to think strategically and inclusively Work closely with hiring managers and the broader People & Culture team on both day-to-day operations and strategic, future-focused recruitment activities, as well as continuous improvement projects Take a keen interest in our projects and assets, using your market knowledge to proactively create talent pipelines aligned with market trends and internal succession planning needs This role will suit someone with a curious mind and transferrable skills and experiences, including: Demonstrated experience in a Talent Acquisition focused role (ideally within an in-house or RPO environment), including continuous improvement projects Specialisation in recruiting for roles within Corporate such as Finance, Accounting , P&C, Marketing & Communication is highly preferred Proven experience working within a fast paced, agile environment and be able to manage multiple competing and changing deliverables Naturally inquisitive, you'll become an expert in understanding and representing your portfolio and be the go to person for all talent acquisition and recruitment advice, bringing strong credibility and knowledge to the role You'll know your recruitment technology, having gained experience across a variety of ATS's and/or HRIS's (such as Workday), search tools (Linked In Recruiter, Seek Talent) and other complimentary automation platforms (e.g.
