Short Description: Looking for Sr Service Now Developer.
Location: Melbourne, Australia Role: Service Now Developer Salary range: AUD 108,571- 119,893 (Annual Gross) Roles and Responsibilities: Design and develop advanced applications, HR services and workflows.
Lead requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders, focusing on functional and technical requirements.
Perform system integrations between Service Now and external tools maintaining data integrity and seamless operations.
Provide ongoing support and enhancements, designing and building process and data flows and ensuring robust documentation and support.
Skill / Competencies / Experience: ESSENTIAL: 5+ years of experience in Service Now Platform.
Good knowledge of Service Now technology landscape to be able to guide team.
Excellent knowledge of Service Now HRSD Module.
Experience in e2e implementation of Integrations (Webhooks, Rest API, Integration Hub).
Strong knowledge of Workflows, Flow designers, Server-side and Client-side scripting.
PREFERRED: Strong knowledge of CMDB (CSDM knowledge is desired).
Knowledge of SNOW Mobile Application.
ADDITIONAL: Excellent customer facing skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
