The Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing personalised marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
This role requires deep technical expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, a strategic mindset, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact marketing solutions.
Experience in Marketing Cloud Personalisation (formerly Interaction Studio) highly regarded.
Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement personalised customer journeys using SFMC Personalisation (formerly Interaction Studio) Create and optimise real-time personalisation strategies across web, mobile, and email channels Configure and manage behavioural tracking, profile management, and decision models Integrate SFMC Personalisation with other Salesforce products and third-party systems Analyse personalisation performance and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align personalisation efforts with overall marketing strategies Stay up to date with SFMC Personalisation features and best practices Requirements: 5+ years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including at least 2+ years focused on Personalisation/Interaction Studio Achievement of SFMC Certifications Desired experience with Swift, Objective-C, Java & Kotlin Desired experience in web development within the react framework Experience with REST APIs and web services integration Familiarity with data management and ETL processes Knowledge of email marketing and web analytics Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Able to create and maintain effective solution documentation and other technical documents and artefacts.
