Duties: PPMs & Reactive maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems Single and Three Phase Power, Motors, Generators (on/off load tests), UPS, LV/HV switching, Shutdowns, Emergency Lighting, Fire Alarm Test, AHUs, FCUs, VAVs, CRAC units, Sprinkler Systems, Pumps BMS Operation Organising and escorting subcontractors Ensuring logbooks are kept up to date Producing RAMS Assisting the Authorised person with shutdowns Training to become on-site authorised person Requirements: City & Guilds / NVQ (or equivalent) qualification in Electrical Installations 17th/18th Edition Career driven and motivated Client facing Salary and Benefits: £45,000 per annum Continental Shift pattern, days and nights 20 days holiday Pension package Bags of overtime available High voltage training provided Great opportunity to progress internally Private Healthcare Offered Randstad CPE values diversity and promotes equality.
