What You'll Be Doing at Delta:
You'll be the linchpin in ensuring our projects run smoothly and on time by:
Leading multiple commercial construction projects simultaneously.
Managing trades, deciphering blueprints, and smashing deadlines.
Making on-the-spot decisions when plans go sideways.
Overseeing high-profile projects like AU79 café at Chadstone Shopping Centre, a standout build designed with the renowned Mim Design team.
What Delta Needs from You:
8+ years in commercial construction (shopfitting experience is a big plus).
A background in carpentry, cabinet making, or shop fitting.
Proven track record of running entire construction sites from start to finish.
Expertise in structural work, particularly with heritage buildings.
The ability to keep your cool when subcontractors go quiet, clients change their minds, and deadlines are looming.
