Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Site Manager to oversee the construction of a large-scale solar & BESS project. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all on-site activities, ensuring the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Project Setup : Establish and organize the project site, including site meetings and daily operations.
Contractor Management : Oversee and manage all contractors and site staff, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to project timelines.
Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) : Provide clear leadership and direction on HSE matters, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and standards.
Client Engagement : Act as the primary point of contact for the client, ensuring their needs and expectations are met. Influence and manage client relationships effectively.
Quality Control : Monitor and ensure the quality of all construction activities, addressing any issues promptly.
Reporting : Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates to the Construction Manager and other stakeholders.
Qualifications and Experience
Experience : Minimum of 2-3 completed PV or BESS projects.
Background : Strong background in large-scale energy project construction.
Skills : Excellent communication skills, hands-on approach, and ability to work both client-side and EPC side is a plus.
Commitment : Demonstrated ability to commit to the project and work in a challenging environment.
