Site Manager/Foreman

Site Manager/Foreman - Factory Rebuild Project Nth Star Constructions is seeking an experienced Site Manager/Foreman to oversee the rebuild of a factory in Crestmead.
This is a hands-on role where you'll be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations and ensuring the smooth running of the project.
Key Responsibilities: Open the site at 6:50 am and secure it each afternoon.
Conduct and deliver daily pre-start meetings.
Ensure all workers are properly inducted and sign in/out daily.
Monitor contractors' adherence to their SWMS (Safe Work Method Statements).
Maintain a daily site diary and provide activity reports to the Project Manager.
Capture and log daily site photos.
Receive and check deliveries, ensuring materials match delivery dockets.
Collect materials as required.
Support: You'll work closely with the Project Manager, who will coordinate work schedules in advance, along with support from a Contracts Administrator (CA) and general management.
Requirements: Ability to read and interpret scope of works and project plans.
Strong knowledge of OH&S standards and experience conducting safety reviews.
Well-presented and professional demeanour.
Police clearance and White Card are required.
A QBCC Supervisor's License is highly regarded.
