As a Site Manager, you will lead the execution of commercial solar installations from start to finish, coordinating with Project Managers to ensure projects meet deadlines, budget constraints, and quality standards.
You will be expected to communicate directly with clients, lead teams on-site, and manage subcontractors to achieve seamless project delivery.
Responsibilities Experience with large commercial or utility-scale solar projects.
Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
Knowledge of contract management and negotiation.
Proactively identify and address any issues or challenges that arise on-site, providing solutions to keep the project on track.
Monitor and ensure the quality of installations, performing inspections, and ensuring that all work complies with industry standards and project requirements.
Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of commercial solar installation projects, ensuring they are delivered on schedule and within budget.
