About my client: My client is an established multidisciplinary builder servicing all of Victoria, supported by large footprints of both retail and government customers.
About the role: This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Site Supervisor to join a leading builder delivering a portfolio of volume builds in the Northern Corridor via the VIMA for clients awaiting their dream home.
More than ever, you will be able to make a difference for home owners who have had a difficult journey to date, whose initial builder went into liquidation.
Your main responsibilities: Manage a portfolio of 10 - 15 builds, avg 12 at different stages, builds consist of predominantly Greenfields and KDR.
Review documentation and sites to make a proactive plan to start the building process.
Program jobs into a schedule ensuring a well-managed construction process is achieved.
Management and supervision of site trades.
Conduct regular quality checks.
Monitor trade resource requirements to meet monthly order demands.
Assist staff/sub-contractors to understand and implement safety policies and procedures on site.
Monitor trade and supplier performance to ensure quality and accuracy is achieved.
Conduct inspections and handover with clients.
Skills & Experience: 5 + years of site management experience in the residential construction industry.
Knowledge of building Standards & Tolerances, BSA's, OHS regulations, and QA systems.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Trade qualifications are advantageous but not required.
Demonstrated ability and passion to exceed customers' expectations.
Required: Construction Induction Card.
Valid Victorian Driver's License.
