Lovisa Opportunity: The Social Media Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring the successful execution of Lovisa's social media strategy and is responsible for creating engaging content tailored to both Lovisa's Australian and global audiences.
Collaborate with the Content Manager and content team to execute Lovisa's social media strategy across all channels – Tik Tok, Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest.
Manage the Content Calendar - ideating and planning content from a diverse range of formats – static posts, video content, infographics, and stories.
Create and edit localized (AU) and global video content for Tik Tok and Instagram Reels.
Develop social media captions across Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, and Pinterest.
Schedule posts and ensure content goes out at an optimal time.
Set goals for growth, report on key metrics, and engage stakeholders in social media and content analytics.
Stay up to date with the latest trends in jewellery, fashion, and pop culture and integrate them into our content plan where relevant.
Proactively communicate and identify opportunities relating to social media trends, community initiatives, and influencers.
Carry seasonal and promotional messaging into static and video content production through relaying briefs, selecting products, and liaising with relevant stakeholders.
Contribute to content WIPs, ideation sessions, and workshops.
Contribute to the brand's global product seeding and influencer activities.
Ad hoc administrative tasks such as image filing, running reports, ordering, and returning stock.
Lovisa Loves: A can-do attitude with the following skills: High attention to detail and a personal interest in content marketing.
Degree in Social Media, E-commerce, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or other relevant area.
Experience in front of and behind the camera with a passion for Tik Tok videos and Instagram Reels.
Have a keen eye for styling jewellery for photo and video content.
Confidence appearing in front of the camera speaking to the latest trends and product ranges.
Strong written communication skills with the ability to speak to diverse demographics.
An ability to direct internal or external talent during shoots.
A drive to learn and upskill and stay up-to-date with the latest social and digital advancements.
