Low-Code Software Engineers (Junior to Senior Roles) Our company is looking for talented Low-Code Software Engineers to join our defence client's team.

As a Low-Code Engineer, you will work closely with clients and stakeholders to design, develop, and implement custom applications that address real-world business challenges, all while leveraging the power of low-code technologies.

Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement low-code applications using Appian.
Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and clients to understand requirements and deliver tailored software solutions.
Engage in the entire software development lifecycle, including analysis, design, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
Develop scalable, secure, and high-performance applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during application development and post-deployment.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in low-code development and implement best practices.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
Mentor and guide junior engineers (for senior roles).
Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
Basic understanding of low-code platforms, with a focus on Appian.
Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
Proficiency in Java, Java Script, or similar programming languages is an advantage.
Experience with Agile methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Git).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to work independently.
Essential Requirements: Must be an Australian Citizen (due to project security requirements).
Willingness and ability to upgrade and maintain high levels of security clearance.
Experience with Appian or other low-code platforms.
