The Opportunity The Solutions Architect Technology lead will play a crucial role in ensuring the architectural integrity and consistency in supporting Amotiv Groups Technologies Roadmap.
Reporting to and supporting the Chief Technology officer, you will work collaboratively with the wider IT/Technology teams from the portfolio of businesses to design and implement systems that address business challenges whilst providing uplift to our capability and streamlining the way we work.
What we need you to do Ensure solutions are scalable, resilient, secure and aligned with industry best practices.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and explore opportunities for technology uplift to ensure we build scalable, reliable and secure solutions.
Choose appropriate technologies, tools, and platforms that fit the solution's requirements and constraints.
Create comprehensive documentation that includes architectural diagrams, design specifications, and integration guides.
Plan how the solution will integrate with existing systems, data sources, and platforms.
Provide direction and support to development teams to ensure that the solution is built according to the design specifications.
Ensure that the solution complies with relevant industry standards and organizational policies.
Integrate security best practices into the design to protect data and maintain system integrity.
Develop strategies to mitigate risks and address any issues that arise during development and implementation.
Assess the performance of the implemented solution and identify areas for optimization.
Create a knowledge sharing environment for the engineering practices around standards and technologies.
Your proven capability to hold an "in-service" to the business mindset will be integral to the way you deliver and drive impactful solutions to the group.

You appreciate the importance of connecting with stakeholders and balancing the needs of the business to drive and influence mutually beneficial outcomes.
You will possess the following knowledge and experience: Broad understanding of software development practices and online architecture.
End to End Solution Architecture experience.
Application development / Integration experience, highly regarded.
Strong working knowledge of M365 and Azure.
A track record of driving change initiatives.
A strong history of working within complex IT projects and across multiple project teams/domains; Consumer Products, Retail or Supply Chain experience will be highly regarded.
Understanding of agile-led development methodologies.
Passionate about driving continual improvement and customer experience design.
Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
