Account Manager - Expressions of Interest We are currently seeking expressions of interest for those experienced in the stockfeed industry who are interested in having a confidential conversation around their next career opportunity! We are seeking individuals who are based in the south-west corridor of Victoria and have the capability and experience to build long-lasting business relationships across both the business and the customer base.

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for proactively retaining and increasing the existing customer base to drive growth in the ruminant segment.
Your day-to-day would look like: Creation of sales and account management plans Identification of new business development opportunities Regular engagement & communication with all relevant business stakeholders Face-to-face on-site visits with the customers Understanding and advising customers on feed programs as required Regular reporting requirements Checking in on your numbers (sales/forecast/budget) Now for the fun stuff: Attend relevant field days and industry-related events Take a vested interest in your own self-development Be proactive and learn all about products on offer and how they are made Stay informed on market trends and conditions related to your role Ensure customers are operating in a safe environment for site visits What you will bring: Demonstrated experience with a proven track record in agricultural sales, account management, and business development in the industry (stockfeed is advantageous) Solid understanding of the sales cycle and process High energy, enthusiasm, and the drive to succeed Exceptional relationship-building skills Excellent time management and negotiation skills Willingness to be a part of the broader team Relevant tertiary qualifications in agribusiness would be highly regarded Reporting to a member of the senior leadership team, you will be a strong communicator with proven engagement and organizational skills, who takes pride in supplying your customers with a consistently high standard of trusted product.
