About the role: As the Specialist - Marketing Engagement, you will be responsible for end-to-end marketing programs and digital initiatives that foster customer loyalty and brand love. With a strong focus on the customer, you'll take ownership of crafting and executing engagement campaigns across the customer lifecycle to enhance satisfaction and maximise customer lifetime value. Executing rewards, loyalty and engagement communications, your focus on personalised campaigns and ideas will aim to grow brand love, customer tenure and ultimately customer lifetime value. You will be capable of coming up with creative and unique ideas that are digital-first and can consider all customer communication channels. Key responsibilities: Assist in the development and execution of customer retention and engagement campaigns, ensuring campaign delivery alignment with overall marketing strategies. Collaborate with the Manager - Customer Retention and Engagement to design and implement targeted campaigns that drive customer retention, loyalty, and engagement. Manage campaign timelines, budget, coordinate deliverables, and ensure campaigns are executed on time and within budget. Analyse campaign performance using data-driven insights and report on key metrics, making recommendations for future improvements. Project Manage, and support cross-functional teams, including operations, product, digital, and sales, to ensure campaign alignment across all customer touchpoints. Assist in the creation and optimisation of customer journey communications, ensuring consistency in messaging and customer experience. What will you bring? Marketing Experience – 3yrs+: Proven experience in marketing, specifically in campaign management, customer engagement, loyalty or retention strategies, with a strong understanding of digital marketing channels. Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools to evaluate campaign performance, draw insights, and make data-driven recommendations for optimisation. Project Management: Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, ensuring timely execution and adherence to budgets. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and convey campaign ideas and results to stakeholders. So, why join us?
