The ORS Speech Pathology team is expanding and we are seeking a Team Leader to join the team in Melbourne! You will join a national team of 60+ Speech Pathologists in our NDIS division providing clinical services to participants aged 0-65. You will work across early intervention, school age, adolescent and adult services with clients who have various presentations, diagnoses and disability types. Your role will be to provide clinical support to develop independence when working in a complex NDIS caseload. You will be supported by your Regional Manager to provide operational support to your team. You will be required to manage a small complex clinical caseload in the areas of communication and or swallowing and will be able to access clinical supervision to continue your professional development. You will be supported to develop appropriate leadership skills to achieve this through our internal supervision program and Management Mentoring training series. The type of assessments and interventions you and the team will provide include: Communication Assessments Swallowing and Paediatric Feeding (Dysphagia) Assessments Mealtime Management Plan development and reviews Augmentative and Alternative Communication Assessments Ongoing therapy You will work across various environments, including family homes, disability group homes, day programs, schools, preschools, community settings, telehealth and ORS offices.
