Latrobe Regional Health (LRH) is looking for a dedicated Staff Wellbeing Centre Assistant/OVA Program Facilitator to join our friendly team on a part time, fixed term basis of 48 hours per fortnight, until November 2025 . The primary purpose of the Staff Wellbeing Centre Assistant is to provide administrative support for the implementation of workforce health and wellbeing initiatives for staff across Latrobe Regional Health (LRH) sites, in line with the Department of Health and Human Services' strategy for 'Reducing occupational violence in Victorian hospitals (June 2016)'. The OVA Program Facilitator is responsible for promoting a safe work environment including the safety of patients, staff, and visitors. About you Ideal candidates for this role will have: Effective interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work with a wide range of people from diverse backgrounds and employees at all levels. High level proficiency in a range of computer-based applications, including Microsoft Office programs. Ability to work independently and autonomously.
