The Opportunity Joining Nestlé means you are joining the largest food and beverage company in the world.

This role sits in Nestlé Professional team where we have a comprehensive product range delivering Culinary Food Service solutions along with Soluble coffee solutions, Liquid and Roast & Ground coffees.
Leading product brands such as Maggi, Buitoni, Docello, Nescafe, Buondi & Milo.
As the State Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial part in driving and acquiring long-term key customer partnerships within a defined territory.
Your focus will be on achieving long-term growth for Nestlé Professional by delivering exceptional customer value, providing insights, and understanding the unique needs of our key customers.
Leveraging your expertise and utilizing local and global resources within NP regionally and globally, you will contribute to the overall success and growth of Nestlé Professional in Australia.
A day in the Life... Execute key strategies and plans to drive customer growth within a defined territory.
Focus on priority key customers to leverage NP's resource capabilities for growth.
Monitor and manage sales performance of the portfolio of accounts, providing budgets and ongoing forecast updates.
Identify and develop NPD and service solutions that align with customer requirements, leading cross-functional development projects.
Gather customer and consumer insights to inform and accelerate our approach with customers.
Develop, manage, and review agreements, tenders, and customer/channel data to create measurable Account Management Plans.
Define critical success factors and track performance to address any gaps or areas of improvement.
Prioritize customer involvement and establish strong partnerships through commercial value propositions.
Support long-term customer retention and development through effective relationship management.
Ensure adherence to all company principles and policies.
What will make you successful Ideally you will come from a commercial sales background, preferably with experience in managing multi-site customer groups.
Experience in the Out-of-Home (OOH) sector is advantageous.
Proven track record of successfully delivering key commercial KPIs.
Ability to effectively engage and collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders.
Demonstrated leadership and teamworking skills.
Ability to identify customer value opportunities and develop solutions to unlock that value.
Proficient in data analysis to present strategies and drive informed decisions.
Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage and motivate a team.
Full Australian working rights and applicants will be required to undergo pre-employment checks, including but not limited to health checks, prior to appointment to this role.
