The State Manager Housing is a critical role leading the Housing Services team in delivering social and affordable housing services as well as successfully building and maintaining key stakeholder relationships to support growth opportunities in Victoria. Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Services or other relevant fields of study. Demonstrated ability to effectively lead a team aligned to culture and performance and build capability. Track record of successful strategic relationship management. Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to liaise, consult, influence, and negotiate on complex and sensitive matters. Demonstrated ability to deploy professional integrity, maintain confidentiality, and sustain credibility. Solid writing skills required to produce clear and concise executive papers and organisational policies. Proven ability to contribute to and achieve growth opportunities.
