Responsibilities Manage and mentor a team of experienced PBS practitioners.
This is a clinical and operations position.
Provide evidence-based approaches to reduce behaviours of concern for people with disabilities from early childhood to older adults.
Provide coaching, support, modelling, mentoring, and training to key stakeholders and carers in the implementation of support strategies and interventions.
Manage the team's KPIs.
You will need to have a relevant degree, be registered with the NDIS for Behaviour Support, have excellent people skills, and understand the art of managing and getting the best out of your team.
