Based in Melbourne and reporting to the Australian Technical Manager - Pest Control, you will be working with our customers and servicing teams, and producing independent assessments, reports and audits for our customers to further enable delivery of our customer promises.
You will be required to complete in field audits, prepare reports, coach our customers and our servicing teams, as well as problem solve site issues and provide practical solutions.
Ideally we are looking for someone with experience in a similar role with knowledge of the pest control industry, regulatory requirements, has managed compliance, audits and can manage a multitude of relationships both internally and externally - that said, attitude is our key focus, we are a registered training organisation and can provide externally recognised training.
Key responsibilities in this position include: Planning and execution of a portfolio of customer facing Field Biologist audits Provide technical support and response support for critical customer issues and report back on requirements at pace Develop improvement strategies for sites to better protect them against pests Interpret trends and advise on opportunities for improvement Fully understand and utilise our customer facing portal My Rentokil with our customers Innovation trials and launch support Work with the wider technical leadership team to share knowledge and grow our organisational expertise Benefits of being part of the Rentokil team: A fully-maintained company Vehicle including a fuel card and a mobile phone.

Requirements Skills and experience required include: Knowledge and experience in the pest control industry preferred.
Current Pest Control Licence preferred, but not essential, but must be willing to obtain one.
High level of interpersonal skills (approachable, diplomatic, sensitive, articulate).
Highly developed computer skills across a range of applications.
The ability to undertake tasks with limited supervision and work under pressure.
Availability to travel interstate as required.
The successful candidate must be able to pass a Pre-employment medical, drug & alcohol screen as well as background checks.
