Storage Engineer

We are currently recruiting for an Entry-Level Support Storage Engineer to work within a dynamic team environment in a large Professional Services Company.
The Entry-Level Support Storage Engineer will play a vital role in establishing and managing our storage infrastructure.
This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the implementation, administration, and maintenance of storage systems, ensuring their optimal performance and availability.
Skills & Experience Required: Assist in formulating and submitting requests for information related to the implementation and operation of existing storage platforms.
Review available documentation and participate in workshops to understand existing storage systems, preparing for the transition to storage operations.
Develop and maintain storage operations documentation, such as System Understanding Documents and Standard Operating Procedures, in preparation for the service go-live.
Demonstrate readiness for service go-live in accordance with the established service plan and schedule.
Perform ongoing storage operations and administration tasks, including monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting to ensure the health and performance of storage systems.
Please Note: This is an entry-level role (not an intermediate role) with the opportunity for hands-on learning and growth.
The compensation for this position is circa $500 per day inclusive.
