Are you looking to take the next step on your claims journey? The team at Strata Insurance is seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused individual with several years of experience in Strata Claims to join our team as a Strata Insurance Claims Specialist.
Reporting to the general manager, this role will be responsible for managing and enhancing the end-to-end handling of claims across the Strata Insurance portfolio.

Role overview: The successful candidate will be responsible for claims management at a senior level, client contact, complaints, and escalations, stakeholder liaison, and will also be involved in building and shaping our claims process.
With the right candidate in place, we anticipate this position will grow and evolve with the intent to become the face of our claims division and a key leadership role within the overall organization.
Responsibilities: Manage the full claims cycle, including lodgement and management of claims, regular updates to clients, and maintenance of detailed claims records alongside our existing claims resources.
Foster ongoing relationships with multiple OCM clients, insurers, and repairers, including face-to-face interaction and involvement with the wider industry and client events/training.
Liaise with repairer and insurer partners.
Manage claims complaints and work towards satisfactory outcomes for customers.
Proactively address claims escalations and issues.
Work with the head of Operations and Compliance to build, mature, and enhance our claims processes and underlying systems to drive a positive customer experience.
Work closely with the General Manager to identify claims issues and opportunities for education.
Guide our existing claims resources to enhance their knowledge and customer service delivery.
Assist the GM & head of Operations and Compliance with tasks related to claims and compliance to gain a deeper understanding of the process and contribute to the recording and ratifying of important data.
Support authorized representatives on escalated problem claims matters and complaints.
Help build and enhance our claims offering to the wider market.
We'd love to hear from you if you have: Minimum 2 years of experience in Strata Claims.
Strong customer focus and adaptability.
Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable in front of people and representing the brand.
Comfortable working from home, with office access available.
Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to process improvements.
