About the Role ANZ is on a journey to improve how we translate strategy into measurable execution, in support of our Bank We Are Building strategy.
As part of this journey, ANZ is rolling out a consistent, at-scale approach to OKRs.
This includes the development and implementation of frameworks, governance, reporting, tooling, and other processes needed to embed OKRs effectively across all Divisions and enable Group Executive oversight, reporting and insights into performance against strategy.
As a Strategic Alignment Analyst, you'll support the team in ensuring the successful rollout and adoption of OKRs at scale at ANZ.
This role will involve analysing data, providing insights, and assisting in the development and implementation of frameworks, governance, reporting, and other processes.

Role Location: 833 Collins Street, Docklands VIC 3008 Role Type: Permanent, Full-time What will your day look like? As a Strategic Alignment Analyst, you are accountable for: Data analysis: Collect, analyse, and interpret data related to OKRs and performance metrics.
Reporting: Prepare and present reports on OKR performance to various stakeholders, including the Head of Strategic Alignment and management board.
Support framework development: Assist in the development and implementation of OKR frameworks and processes.
Tooling and process support: Help identify and implement tools and processes to support the effective adoption and management of OKRs.
Collaboration: Work closely with the Strategic Alignment Manager and other departments to ensure alignment and integration of OKRs with business objectives.
Training and education: Assist in developing and delivering training programs to educate employees on OKR principles and best practices.
Performance insights: Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to help improve OKR performance and alignment with strategic goals.
Continuous improvement: Support continuous evaluation and improvement of OKR processes, frameworks, and tools.
What will you bring? To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following: Proficiency in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data related to OKRs and performance metrics.
Ability to prepare and present reports on OKR performance to various stakeholders.
Experience in supporting the development and implementation of frameworks and processes.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey information and collaborate with stakeholders.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data analysis and reporting.
Ability to work closely with various departments and the stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Familiarity with the financial services industry and its specific challenges and requirements.
Knowledge of tools and software used for managing OKRs and performance metrics.
Experience in assisting with the development and delivery of training programs; and demonstrated potential for leadership and the ability to take on additional responsibilities.
Ability to think strategically and provide insights to improve OKR performance; and experience in supporting continuous evaluation and improvement of processes and frameworks.
