Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic leadership across concurrent projects, ensuring seamless delivery from inception to completion
Champion continuous improvement of design standards and studio processes to enhance efficiency
Cultivate a culture of learning and development, guiding team members towards achieving their full potential
Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders to drive business growth and innovation initiatives
Lead new business efforts, identifying opportunities and articulating creative solutions that align with client objectives
Exceptional execution of strategic initiatives, consistently exceeding client expectations
Skills and Qualifications
Strong copywriting skills for presentations and briefs, with the ability to distill complex research into clear, compelling narratives
Keen design sensibility, collaborating effectively with design teams to shape creative directions and experience designs
Expertise in researching industry and consumer trends using reliable sources
Excellent collaboration and communication skills, including the ability to present confidently to senior stakeholders
