We're looking for a Strategy, Regulation & Communications Lead who will play a key role in shaping and overseeing the execution of the enterprise's Digital & Technology strategy.
With a 3/2 Hybrid split (Office/WFH), this role is based in Southbank Fresh Water Place and is part of the Digital and Technology Team.
This role will deliver real outcomes, including but not limited to: Create and maintain a five-year technology strategy roadmap that aligns with the organisation's business goals and objectives.
Develop and implement communication strategies to enhance awareness of digital programs, improvements, and outages.
Design a stakeholder engagement plan that addresses individual business unit communication and regulatory requirements, ensuring proactive rather than reactive engagement.
Oversee technology-related internal communications through the Internal Communications team, coordinating with the Technology structure to promote change, education, and awareness.
Develop and maintain reporting and analysis to monitor performance against the strategic roadmap.
You don't need to check every box; however, we are looking for a good combination of: Extensive experience in strategy development.
Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing strategies.
Strong understanding of regulated environments including regulatory submission processes.
Ability to think strategically and translate business objectives into actionable technology strategies.
