Purchasing, Procurement & Inventory (Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics)
Our Supply Chain Analysts are responsible for end-to-end inventory planning and management including demand supply balancing, sales and operational planning, stock balancing, raising purchase order recommendations and providing input to demand forecasting.
As a key member of our Melbourne Supply Chain team, you will be integral to the supply and inventory management for our key accounts ensuring that our customers achieve their business objectives.
You will be responsible for:
Managing all operational demand planning activity.
Acting as the primary contact for key clients ensuring inventory levels, customer satisfaction scores and working capital targets are maintained and improved.
Providing expert supply chain advice to key clients, to help them make decisions to maximise their potential and strengthen relationships between our two businesses.
Presenting, implementing and maintaining inventory management strategies to ensure first-class processes, documented customer actions and reduction of operational costs to ensure our business can capitalize on new opportunities.
Liaising with internal stakeholders including Finance, IT, Operations, Sales and Open Distribution to ensure Supply Chain KPIs are met and exceeded.
About You
Likewize is a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment where those who are adaptable, pro-active and team-oriented thrive.
You will require demonstrated supply chain experience (3-5 years) with a solid understanding of supply chain principles, master scheduling and capacity planning. Previous exposure within a purchasing environment will ensure you are best placed for success in this role.
You will be highly analytical, comfortable using Excel, Power BI and other reporting platforms with an ability to communicate and engage customers and stakeholders with insights and recommendations for improvement.
