As the Supply Chain and Quality Director , you will report to the CEOs and take ownership of a broad range of responsibilities aimed at fostering continuous improvement and innovation within the supply chain and quality assurance functions.
You will: Design and execute a global supply chain strategy aligned with business goals and expansion targets.
Oversee logistics operations, including warehouse management and international freight, to optimise efficiency and flexibility.
Lead and mentor a high-performing team of supply chain and quality professionals.
Cultivate relationships with third-party logistics providers and contract manufacturers, ensuring they meet the company's high standards.
Drive key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure exceptional results.
Oversee the Quality Management System (QMS), integrating it seamlessly with business processes.
Manage supplier audits and ensure alignment with quality standards.
Implement a robust quality training program to drive continuous improvement.

What we are looking for: Bachelor degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Business, Healthcare, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in supply chain management within the pharmaceutical, clinical trials, or healthcare sectors.
Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
Expertise in managing budgets, vendor contracts, and cross-functional teams.
Strategic leadership abilities with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
A commercial mindset, with the ability to drive innovative solutions and enhance operational efficiency.
Sound knowledge of c GMP, ISO, GDP, and other relevant quality standards.
Proven experience managing international supply chains and third-party logistics.
