This role plays a critical part in maintaining and enhancing these business-essential systems, ensuring their optimal performance and availability.
Additionally, you will assist in defining and executing requirements for system enhancements, promote the efficient use of applications, and liaise with vendors for Level 3 support when necessary.
About you You are an experienced Support Analyst with a background in providing Level 2 and 3 support for business-critical applications.
You excel in communication, able to articulate complex technical concepts to both business users and technical teams.
You are organised and can manage your workload effectively to meet deadlines.
Your problem-solving skills are strong, with a proven ability to conduct root cause analysis and implement innovative solutions.
You have experience with technologies such as MS SQL,.
