Support Analyst - Siebel

We are currently recruiting for a large program of work for a Government department based in Melbourne.
Key Responsibilities: Application Support : Work on incident and problem resolution in Siebel, maintaining production systems and, when necessary, working in Dev Test/Pre Prod environments.
SME Role : Act as a Subject Matter Expert for Siebel technologies, and provide support across on-premises/cloud hosting.
Collaboration & Troubleshooting : Work with cross-functional teams, conduct root cause analysis, and maintain documentation.
Monitoring & Performance : Monitor applications and infrastructure performance using various tools, with an eye for process improvements and automation.
Service & Release Management : Participate in on-call rotation, manage releases and deployments, and ensure adherence to IT standards.
Continuous Learning : Stay up-to-date with industry trends, provide training to junior members, and focus on continuous improvement.
Must-Have Skills: Siebel CRM Support : Expertise in Siebel Case Management, operational support, and product configuration management.
Integration Technologies : Familiarity with integration mechanisms.
