About the Centre Warragul Leisure Centre boasts 3 indoor pool areas including an 8 lane 25m pool, program pool, and attached splash park and warm water pool.
Warragul also has an outdoor seasonal 50m pool that is open from November to May each year.
About the Role As a Swim Teacher at the Warragul Leisure Centre, you will be developing and delivering lesson plans that promote swimming skill building in school-aged children, combining stroke development with water safety and enhancing the overall confidence and ability of your students.
Structure and design lessons with appropriate activities that challenge and develop your students' swimming and water safety ability Recommend students for level progression as appropriate Teach and model effective problem-solving skills and conflict resolution skills This is a Casual role with an hourly rate of $32.25 + Super & Y Benefits.
About You You will be passionate about inspiring and developing water safety and swimming skills in children and young people.
Experience in other teaching or coaching roles is a bonus but not necessary.
