About the Role We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Systems Account Administrator to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our systems to support various business functions and enhance operational efficiency.
Additionally, the System Account Analyst Admin may need to resolve any escalated incidents within the scope of System Account management and take ownership of any new account management processes that are transitioned to IT Support.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to: Manage user accounts and permissions within our systems, ensuring data integrity and security.
Complete IT Requests assigned to the System Account Management Team in Service Now.
Assist with all staff onboarding tasks so that new starters have a seamless introduction to Bapcor.
Ensure staff terminations are completed accurately so that past staff have no access to any IT systems.
Manage all other permissions access to shared drives, Email DLs, and building card access.
Access management for all ERP systems.
About You Bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field.
Proven experience in systems administration or a similar role.
Strong understanding of system security protocols.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Windows, AD, O365, Azure, Outlook/Exchange, Citrix, Intune.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
