This role will support our Technology business to find the best quality candidates in the market.

What You'll Be Doing End-to-end recruitment - interview preparation and support, helping/supporting hiring leaders, candidate sourcing and screening, implementing continuous improvement, pre-employment checks and offer acceptance Leveraging strong relationships with hiring leaders and other stakeholders, to coach, advise and drive best-practice recruitment processes Understand current and future talent needs and building strong pipelines of talent Ensuring the candidate experience is prioritised throughout the recruitment process Developing and delivering creative, innovative and effective candidate sourcing strategies Building credibility as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders to be able to influence key hiring decisions Supporting our Diversity and Inclusion agenda, including gender diversity About You We are looking for an experienced, passionate and deeply curious Talent Acquisition Partner to support our Technology business.
You'll be a team player, aligned to our AGL values with an appetite for continuous improvement and open to development and learning.
What You Will Bring To The Table Demonstrated experience recruiting across Technology skillsets would be preferred, including Cloud, Cyber Security, IT Infrastructure, IT/OT, and software engineering Talent acquisition experience with an understanding of large, complex organisations Proven ability to secure difficult to find talent through proactive searches, market mapping and talent pooling Emotional intelligence, combined with strong communication skills to build partnerships with hiring leaders and candidates Strong ability to apply critical thinking to solve talent acquisition challenges Ability to influence and build strong working relationships as well as excellent communication, interpersonal and organisation skills Business acumen and awareness to understand business drivers and strategy Why work with AGL?
