THE OPPORTUNITY We have an exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our passionate and dynamic People Experience (PX) team.
Reporting directly to the Head of Talent Acquisition, this role will see you partnering with a variety of stakeholders acrossand New Zealand.
You will manage the end-end recruitment process for all senior retail roles, including State, Regional, Store and Assistant Store Managers and 3 IC's.
You will work on a mix of BAU and project initiatives ensuring a positive candidate experience whilst developing process-improvement strategies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead the end-to-end recruitment for Retail roles across ANZ - advertising, proactive sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checking and offer management Develop and maintain strong relationships with Hiring Managers and provide advice on recruitment processes, market insights and talent initiatives.
Utilise your strategic sourcing capability to proactively recruit candidates through a variety of channels including Seek Premium Talent Search, Linked In Recruiter and our Applicant Tracking System (Live Hire).
Reporting -Manage a variety of reports to ensure your portfolio is performing and to identify opportunity for process improvement.
Assist in the development of process-improvement strategies to optimise the talent sourcing process.
Assist in evolving our employer brand through sharing market insights and utilising your personal brand.
Ensure TA operations and projects are contributing to the overall People and Culture strategy.
Create an exceptional unbiased recruitment experience for candidates, ensuring every application is responded to.
Ensure recruitment processes are in line with company policy and approval requirements and fulfil all legislative requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE 3 years' experience working in an agency or in-house recruitment function.
Alternatively, 1-2 years recruitment experience, with a background in Senior retail management Demonstrated experience in process-improvement strategies Experience in volume recruitment and utilisation of proactive sourcing strategies Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment Exceptional communication and ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders Excellent written and verbal communication skills OUR BENEFITS Rewarding and recognising your talent through a competitive salary package.
