About the role: Join Us as a Key Player in Engineering Education! Are you an experienced industry professional ready to shape the next generation of engineers? We're seeking a seasoned expert to lead the delivery and assessment of our Certificate II & Certificate III in Engineering Fabrication (Boilermaker).
In this pivotal role, you will: Develop Cutting-Edge Materials: Create and update course content that meets current industry standards and benchmarks.
Lead Engaging Training: Conduct dynamic training sessions that captivate and educate students.
Assess and Oversee: Evaluate student progress, manage administrative tasks including assessment marking, attendance tracking, employer communications, and results processing.
Mentor Future Professionals: Use your industry knowledge and hands-on experience to guide and support students, equipping them with the skills needed to thrive in the engineering field.

As a valued member of our team, you'll spend up to 30 hours per week at our work location for up to 42 weeks a year, with the remaining hours adjustable to be worked from home or another location of your choice.

Mandatory requirements: Certificate IV in Training and Assessment TAE40122 or equivalent (Desirable) or willingness to obtain if successful.
