General Responsibilities: As part of our team, your role will be to inspire learning both in and outside the classroom. Key responsibilities include: Delivering engaging lessons in line with the curriculum. Catering to diverse learning styles and cultural backgrounds. Using a range of assessment strategies to support student success. Maintaining accurate records, writing student reports, and attending parent-teacher interviews. Participating in school meetings, professional development, and supervisory duties. Specific Responsibilities: Embody and promote the College's values and philosophy. Support the College Code of Conduct and maintain professional standards, including dress codes. Be a role model and actively participate in Islamic and extracurricular activities. Key Selection Criteria: Qualifications: Bachelor of Education Primary, Secondary, or relevant field (minimum). Registration: VIT registration or eligibility to obtain it. Compliance: A valid Criminal Record Check and Working with Children Check (WWCC). Experience: Expertise in your subject area; EAL qualifications preferred for some positions. Skills: Strong interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills. Commitment: A proactive team player who supports the College's mission and culture. First Aid: Current First Aid certification.
