The Team Lead - Employer Obligations is responsible for delivering on Leave Plus' strategic and operational objectives through the leadership of our Employer Obligations Team and the delivery of set targets.
This role is integral to the effective maintenance of Scheme enforcement activities, including contribution debt resolution activities (to ensure that employers pay their required contributions to the Scheme) and the return submission compliance program (to ensure that Leave Plus has accurate information regarding worker service so it can administer employer contributions and worker entitlements).

You will lead and support the team under the direction of the Senior Compliance Manager, providing motivation and feedback to foster a high-performance culture.
Your responsibilities include managing employer-facing campaigns to improve compliance, overseeing debt management and prosecution matters, and delivering insights on compliance activities.
You will also identify improvement opportunities, ensure service level targets are met, resolve member issues, and contribute to strategic initiatives.
Administrative duties and other tasks as required will also be part of your role.
