In addition to leading the team of practitioners, you will also maintain a reduced caseload which will involve working with allied health practitioners, support workers, and family members to achieve the best possible outcomes for your clients.
You will assess and observe participants' challenging behaviours and work towards increasing skills, improving emotion regulation, and introducing replacement behaviours to reduce the use of restrictive practices.
Whilst the role will be based primarily from our paediatric clinic in Pakenham, you will also have the opportunity to work across various environments, including family homes, disability group homes, day programs, schools, preschools, community settings, and telehealth.
