Technical Business Analyst - Integration Technical Business Analyst - Integration Daily Rates Contract Six Months - Hybrid Flexibility$750.00 - $850.00 per day inclusive of super Burwood East Integration focused Technical Business Analyst needed to undertake a six month daily rates contract for a major government client located in Burwood East.
This Integration Technical Business Analyst contract shall be embedded within the inception of a major programme of work aimed at implementing a new product.
Comprehensive government funding has been acquired across two years meaning a likely extension for this position.
Hybrid flexibility inbuilt into the position.
Responsibilities: Deliver business analysis services, ensuring accuracy, utility and repeatability of requirements.
Deliver the functional and non-functional requirements and develop means for requirements traceability.
Facilitate workshops, group discussions, and one-on-one interviews with SMEs and business stakeholders to enable the development of the functional and non-functional requirements.
Document the technical requirements of systems, API integrations, data, infrastructure and networks, and mapping.
Contribute to the development of user stories, story estimation, acceptance criteria, and test scripts/cases.
Engage with Domain and Solution architects to enable the successful description of the requirements of the project.
Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams comprising subject matter experts from multiple Information and Communications Technology (ICT) domains.
Work with teams across TZV and the emergency sector to plan, prioritise and deploy capability and capacity in support of program, business and whole-of-government priorities.
Experience: Engaging in large scale strategic programs of work delivering technology enabled business transition.
Experience in capturing non-functional and functional requirements for large system migrations.
Experience in contributing to new greenfield technology platforms, including developing requirements, providing input to solution architectures and high-level designs.
Ability to technically engage and challenge system integrators and vendors.
Strong stakeholder engagement skills and proven ability to collaborate, negotiate and influence others to achieve outcomes.
High degree of proficiency in written and verbal communication skills, particularly in writing internal and external briefs, reports and facilitating meetings with diverse senior stakeholders.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders.
Knowledge of the implementation and transition management of large mission critical data and information improvement outcomes.
