As a Technical Support Specialist, what are you going to do?
Roll out, installation, testing and configuration of new systems;
Support the setup of exhibitions and demonstration activities;
Perform hardware, firmware and software updates at touchpoint level, including licenses and patches;
Perform hands-on troubleshooting at the touchpoint level;
Liaise with customers on site, remotely and proactively communicate with the TSS Coordinator, SDM and PM, escalating issues and identifying areas where service can be improved;
Develop knowledge articles for the Knowledge Management DB;
Comply with company policies including Health and Safety, Vehicle use, Expenses etc;
Ensure that Environment and Health & Safety are integrated into all activities and adherence to EHS Policy & Procedures as well as ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 compliance is strictly maintained. Complete all compulsory training related to them;
Comply with the information security and data privacy policies and procedures adopted by Vision-Box. Report any information security or data privacy incidents or weaknesses immediately. Complete all compulsory training related to information security and data privacy;
Contribute to the correct separation of waste and its placement in the respective containers, according to the typology of each waste.
What are the skills and professional experience we're expecting from you?
Experience working with Windows Operating Systems;
Experience supporting systems remotely, and building PCs or servers;
2 years of related professional experience;
MS Office skills;
Experience diagnosing hardware and software-related faults;
Working knowledge of networking infrastructure, cabling, electrical schematics and electromechanical equipment;
Experience of software product support and complex troubleshooting skills;
Experience working within an international culture;
Experience working in an ITIL service environment;
Experience working in Airports, Security, or similar environments (nice to have);
Ability to work under pressure, problem-solving, time management and autonomy;
Good level of Spanish and English;
Availability to travel.
