As a Technology Compliance & Governance Manager , you will be responsible for key activities of Jetstar's Technology Compliance Frameworks, which help protect customer and employee data, maintain cyber posture, and ensure technology resilience.
You will manage, track, govern and maintain adherence to the frameworks, policies and standards for Jetstar.
This role manages the technology issue register, ensuring it is current and work closely with issue leads and owners on remediation to improve technology's risk posture.
You will also manage annual PCI assessments, collaborating with technology and business domains to refine process and documentation for ongoing compliance.
Key responsibilities: Working closely with the technology risk and resilience team in leading the technology compliance objectives of Jetstar's business units Ensuring adherence to IT change management processes and frameworks through structured governance processes Managing service engagement and transition process, working with technology delivery leads, projects teams and product managers Providing key support during initial investigation in event of a privacy or cyber related incident Managing and monitoring technology risk and resilience activities for business units and service partners Providing information to auditors and working closely with assurance leads during internal and external assessments Escalating emerging risks and issues, participating in resolution and mitigation to senior management and across business units Collaborating with business and technology stakeholders across Jetstar and the Qantas Group to maintain quality and efficiency within the risk management programs To be considered for this role you will have: Degree in Business, IT or relevant on-the-job experience Extensive experience in leading BAU compliance monitoring and management activities to achieve business outcomes.
Demonstrated strong compliance mindset, commitment to business improvement and risk management.
Experience working in cross functional risk and compliance programs and activities involving multiple and diverse business teams and stakeholders Strong people leadership skills, managing and supporting team performance and growth Demonstrated ability to build constructive and effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the capability to interact effectively through formal and informal networks Ability to generate improvement ideas and strategies and translate into detailed approaches and plans If you're ready to step into a culture that will challenge and excite you, submit an application and let's explore how we go places together.
