About The Role
Join PEXA's dynamic Technology team and be at the forefront of developing cutting-edge software that powers our innovative PropTech products and platform. In this graduate role, you'll get to work with the latest technologies, tackle exciting challenges, and make a real impact. You'll assist in designing, developing, testing, and maintaining applications, write clean code, debug issues, support testing efforts, participate in code reviews, collaborate with stakeholders, create documentation, and communicate progress. We're seeking passionate graduates proficient in programming languages like Java, Python or JavaScript, with strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and OOP. Experience with development tools, databases, Agile methodologies, APIs, and cloud computing is a plus. Most importantly, you should have an eagerness to learn and adapt to our innovative, fast-paced environment.
Eligibility Criteria:
Completed or completing a degree in Computer Science, Software/Data/Security/Platform/Cloud Engineering or related STEM field on or before February 1st, 2025 (including graduates from 2022 onwards). We also welcome applications from career changers who have completed relevant bootcamps or courses to transition into technology roles.
Australian/New Zealand citizen, permanent resident.
Strong problem-solving, analytical and continuous learning abilities.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Passion for technology and driving innovation.
Able to attend key assessment days in September and October 2024.
Available to commence the graduate role in early February 2025.
