What you do: The Technology Operations Lead plays a crucial role in supporting i Select's technology platforms used by our customers and partners, as well as the workplace tools utilised by our team.
Key Responsibilities: Platform Support: Manage and support customer, digital, and integration platforms, ensuring adherence to agreed SLAs and effective triaging of issues.
Incident Management: Oversee the technology incident management process, collaborating with key stakeholders and technology teams to ensure timely incident resolution and thorough root cause analysis.
End User Experience: Provide hands-on support to end users, demonstrating a genuine passion for enhancing their experience.
Continuous Improvement: Foster a continuous improvement mindset by identifying opportunities for process enhancement and automation to boost operational efficiency.
What you need: Solid experience in IT operations and infrastructure management.
Proven incident management experience.
Software engineering experience is a plus.
Familiarity with cloud computing, virtualization, and Dev Ops practices.
Experience creating technical documentation for both technical staff and end users.
Proficient in supporting Windows 10/11 and MS Office 365.
ITIL or similar certification is a plus, demonstrating understanding of IT service management best practices.
Knowledge of Active Directory, GPO, DHCP, DNS, and Intune for Windows Server 2019 and later.
Experience with applications, drivers, and OS packaging and deployment via Intune.
Administration skills for Microsoft Office 365, MS Teams, Zoom, and Microsoft Azure.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
