About the Role We are seeking part-time and full-time Registered Nurses with at least 30 hours per week availability to cover a range of shifts across a 24/7 roster. Working from home you will be responsible for: Assessing and triaging callers from across Australia and directing them to where their health care needs can be best met Actively listening to extract vital information Recording health information using telephony system database Providing advice on treatment next steps in conjunction with clinical pathway database Facilitating referrals or transfer of calls to alternate service providers To set you up for success we provide a full week of paid training and have the following available start dates to align with our extensive training program: 28th Nov - ability to attend all 5 days from 28 Nov, 29 Nov, 2 Dec, 3 Dec and 4 Dec is essential This role would suit currently experienced Registered Nurses who: Thrive working independently and in time-critical situations Have at least 3 years clinical experience as a Registered Nurse in either an acute or primary health setting, consistently undertaking clinical assessments. Have a home office set up that includes reliable Wi-Fi and phone signal, and the ability to receive uninterrupted calls for the entirety of the shift.
